(B) If vented to the outside, ventilation systems may not create a public health HAZARD or nuisance or unLAWful discharge. Observed debris accumulation on the exhaust fan next to the walk-in. The debris build-up appears to impeding the proper closure when unit is turned off at night. Clean and maintain for next routine inspection. |
